Hotel Kolonada is located on the bank of the Teplá River in the center of the spa area of Karlovy Vary, opposite the Mill Colonnade with drinking thermal springs. The distance to the Garden Colonnade is 150 meters and to the Hot Spring Colonnade is 450 meters.

The therapeutic base allows for the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, endocrine system, eating disorders and metabolic disorders, as well as musculoskeletal apparatus.
All treatment and recovery procedures are carried out in the treatment center of the hotel. Thermal mineral water is supplied to the hotel building for water procedures.
